Refund Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days with giving a valid reason for doing so.

The deadline for requesting refund an order is 3 days from the date you received the reports .

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 3 days from the day on which we receive the request for refund. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

If you get any defected data in report, in such case you are required to send us proof of defected data. VINCheckCanada will return your payment within 3 – 5 working days. Any other complain other than these conditions are non-refundable.
